The tools for trainers consist of 3 distinct publications, aimed at preparing and up-skilling trainers, supporting the educational process while it takes place and providing ideas on alternative ways of implementation and future initiatives.
Our Handbook
This Handbook provides instructions for the implementation of the 241 Program. It is designed as a reference book, containing several manuals for specific situations and audiences. It aims to offer practical information and tools that will facilitate the training process.
Our Train the Trainer (ToT) Course
A workshop methodology framework for trainers, with practical information and step-by-step implementation including: Structure of the training days, summary tables of the syllabus, activities and evaluation templates.
Our Guidelines
This publication offers a brief but detailed overview of the entirety of the 241 project results, followed by achievements of the project so far, critical points and recommendations. FThe publication concludes with examples by country on future implementation possibilities.
