A Learning Network Infrastructure is a roadmap explaining the steps and activities to be carried out to guarantee the involvement of key stakeholders. The engagement of key stakeholders, i.e. organizations and third parties other than the project partners, is essential to guarantee: a wide dissemination and knowledge of a project outputs and results; the adoption of these output/results, to value to the existing services/activities; a project continuation beyond the end of its life.
